oh boy there are many ways, I had a file in here that will help you. Your best way to gain customers is talking to everyone you see about Avon. Alot of Reps won't do this but it's your best sales pitch!
Also if you have an eRep site advertise it in free classifieds. Depending on where you live USA or Canada or other country as to what resources you have. Try the following for now. Good luck.

Yes she will be charged for submitting late. My ordering date is also fri at noon. I submit my orders by 8pm on thursday each campaign. I let my customers know if they order 5 min's past 8pm Thursday they wait for the next campaign.

Sorry to hear that about your DM, where do you live? In New Hampshire they are starting up a training leadership which I have applied for and been to one meeting already. If they choose me I will get 50 to 60 reps under my leadership to train and try to get motivated. Some will some won't. The DM's are giving up their downline to us so they can concentrate on other things. Actually 90% of DM's do NOT do their jobs so I'm happy to take this on.

I have had only 1 new customer with 2 back orders so far and it's been 2 campaigns and suppose to come in next wednesday. If not she will not order again. During this time of year there is alot of that going on, your not alone. Can't blame the customers really but it doesn't hurt them to try, they don't pay if they don't get it. But I understand they count of items that never come.

You try your hardest but AVON is understalked alot!! If your calling customer service forget it they are about as useless as well you know...Where are you located, maybe I can give you my email and help you out with questions??

It appears everyone on here is like "rah rah, go team". But Avon is killing my business with constant back orders, Items not longer available even on the first run. It can take 4 -5 campaigns before the items come if at all. My holiday sales are off becuase my customers won't take a chance that gift items won't arrive. They buy their staples but, every item I have had ordered as a gift so far has not come in when ordered.

I am not a frou frou President's Club so I don't get actual English speaking support or preferred ordering but, my business is imprtant to me and my family as well.

My interim DM doesn't even read my emails and instead replies with some unrelated nonsense, so I finally blocked her.

Is anyone else dealing with these frustrations???

Another GREAT idea from Avon (in the USA anyways) they are taking the Recruits from the District
Managers and offering them to Reps without a downline!!!! Yeahhhh I am personally getting 50 to 60
to start off. The DM's are on to training and other things to keep their teams going..

I can't wait to get started, in 12 weeks I can become a Unit Leader just by helping my team. The
good part is I already help so many Avon Reps I'm off to a good start. If you can train and know
your business well enough to be supportative, ask your DM if this is happening in your area..

Hi, Sorry it's been hectic and just getting back to you. Take all your FREE training courses on your Avon Website!!
To start Recruiting get the information from your first recruit and contact your District Manager or Upline to get
them started. After that you can do it yourself on your site. Or they can go to your site and join right from there.

Hope I am not too late. There isn't much just be prepared to train and be supportative to your Recruit. Good luck

Hi I realize this post is old but you can't reinstate yourself. If it's been less than 6 months you can reinstate, if it's been more than 6 months you will have to start all over. Just join online and they will appoint you to an upline Rep or a District Manager in your area. Sorry this is so late and by now you may know your eRep site is FREE!!! Take advantage of that and advertise it. If you want a background design let me know I offer my services to you for your old, new and potential customers to feel welcome on your site.
