I don't know where you are situated, but we now have the ability to send electronic versions of brochures in an email to our customers. I believe that is what this is referring to.

I believe what your referring to is when Avon has someone visit their site looking for an Avon rep, they will direct them to what they call an E-rep. If your signed up it could be you.

An ERepresentative is an Avon Representative that owns their own Avon Website and Store. If you sign up under your account as an Erep you will have the opportunity to send customers to your store to order products online Personal or Direct Delivery.
You will be charged $7.50 per campaign and if you get a customer to order thru your site they waive the $7.50 and credit you the next campaign. I can show you how to work that so you don't pay the fee. If you get customers to your site, it's worth every penny! To sum it up having an online Avon Store of your own then you become an ERep. You can also design it nicely, come back for our Avon Website Design Section

I know this message is old but an eRep means that you have an Avon hosted website where customers can order and buy products from you. I get a few orders this way each campaign and it is a great way to stay connected to customers who have moved on or old friends from places you have lived.

If you are an ERep you will have a website like this one, well I redesigned mine but this is what you will have for your customers to browse brochures and place orders online.

jpinkham.avonrepresentative.com

Being an ERep they will charge you a small fee in the USA of $7.50 and if you order thru that site they will waive that fee. You will also be charged $2.50 processing fee for orders and they will refund 1/2 of that back according to the amount of customers that order. You can order just one small item from your own site under someone's name and not pay the $7.50 fee. You can also redesign your site to make it attractive. And it takes time for customers to find you even if you advertise it and give it out to your customers, you have to be patient. It will pay off. It actually took me almost a year to get anyone to use it but it's worth having. You can disable it at anytime the same way you enabled it.
